Teamwork, Fulfillment, and Self-Esteem

Kevin “Barney” Barbour leads the largest crushing crew within our crushing operations at the Martin Marietta Belgrade Quarry in Maysville, NC.  Naturally, teamwork is a big part of his job.  He leads with a focus on continually building positive relationships.  His dedication to the team and their results in terms of safety and production is unmatched.  He is highly regarded as the “go-to” person in the Belgrade Quarry.  Barney arrives at the quarry well before the others to get ready for the day so his team has what they need to begin operations.  Because of his commitment to teamwork and building self-esteem in others he leads a highly effective team that “gets things done” at the Belgrade Quarry.  Thanks, Barney, for your hard work and dedication to our quarry operations and our people.
