Shop Supervisor—Mike Fox takes on new role.

We have reorganized our service administration to better serve our customers. To this end, we have tapped long-time Mellott Company team member Mike Fox to be supervisor in the three crushing, mobile, and repair shops. In Mike’s new capacity, all service shop technicians and team leaders will report to him. Mike’s primary responsibility will be getting things repaired reliably; maintaining compliance to schedule; and following the cost constraints of the job. All the service work needed will go through Mike to enhance the service experience of the customers.

Along with Mike’s new position, several other changes in staffing will take effect.

Ron Clark will resume his role as in direct sales-administration activities, which is aimed at growing the market and branding of the Service Department . He will be travelling to customer sites as directed by Brian Bell.

Tony Dodson will be trained to assume the responsibility of Service Advisor.

Because the shop supervisor cannot be successful in a vacuum, we have arranged for Mike Fox to have a support system to assist him in managing the shop,. The team includes:

-Brian Bell, VP Parts & Service, directs support from the Parts, Warehouse, and related departments;

-Ron Clark, with Tony Dodson, Dale Chamberlain, Parts Department, will shore up customer Relationship management, quotes, work orders and other preparations;

-Dave Coombs, with Taylor Ardiel and Roy Clark; Contract Crushing and Equipment rebuild needs, priorities, estimates, approved work orders etc;
