New 65-ton Trailer Hauls More Equipment Than Ever!
Our business in tracked crushing-and-screening equipment has expanded and grown so much we decided to get ourselves a brand new Trail King goose-neck trailer, with some extra options for added hauling flexibility.
Tracked rock-crushing equipment is heavy--this trailer allows us to move this equipment more safely because the trailer is tailored to the loads we are hauling. Our hauling capacity is now 130,000 pounds. One big benefit of extra carrying capacity is that we can avoid dismantling the loads for transport, which previously could add up to two days and extra loads to be carried.
With this trailer, we can configure for up to nine axles when necessary, with four on the tractor, three on the trailer, and two axles on the stinger.
In the pictures, the trailer is about to haul its first load and go on the maiden journey. Looking forward to hauling lots of iron and many safe miles.
Wes got to take the trailer for the first time out. In the pictures you can also see the "stinger" attachment that trails behind the trailer and spreads the weight out over more axles.
